About My Best Friend Penny

My best friend Penny has received numerous top producer awards for her real estate sales and continues to be a Multi Million Dollar Producer. Penny ranks in the top 2% of Realtors for sales since 2000 and has received numerous Platinum Awards for her production. Penny holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5 percent of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential, yet were involved in nearly 25 percent of all residential real estate transactions in the United States. She is also a member of the local, State and National Board of Realtors®. Penny served as President of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors® in 2004 and previously served as President-Elect and Vice-President She serves on numerous committees for the State Association of Realtors as well as serving and chairing on committees at her local Board of Realtors. Penny also had the honor of serving as Mayor and City Commissioner of Tallahassee, our great All American City! Penny prides herself on providing professional expertise and works to make sure that purchasing or selling your home is a pleasurable experience.

The reason Penny knows so much about residential real estate is because she has been helping people buy and sell homes for over 25 years in the Tallahassee area. She knows a lot about Tallahassee too, since she is a native of this wonderful city.
